The University Health Services
The University has a Medical Centre in the main campus at Ikot Akpaden and also at the Obio Akpa Campus.
The Health Centre is staffed with qualified Healthcare Professionals and equipped to provide comprehensive health care services to students, staff and other members of the University community. The Medical Centre opens 24 hours every day; it has in-patient wards, Medical laboratory, Pharmacy and ambulance.
Students are required to register with the Medical Centre to access care. Three (3) recent passport sized photographs are needed for the registration. Medical examination shall be conducted for all fresh students at the Medical Centre.
All registered students shall be issued a clinic reference card and are advised to carry it along when visiting the Medical Centre for medical care.
