Ite is a distinguished environmental scientist and accomplished researcher with a multidisciplinary background in environmental chemistry, biotechnology, and international environmental law. He possesses extensive experience in environmental risk assessment, bioremediation, and sustainability, with a robust publication record addressing the ecological impacts of petroleum-derived pollutants and emerging issues in environmental toxicology.He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Environmental Science from Lancaster University, UK, and a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from the University of Uyo, Nigeria. He also obtained a Diploma in International Environmental Law from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), Geneva, Switzerland.Dr. Ite is a member of several professional bodies, including the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC), the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC), and Environmental Protection UK.
