ADMISSION INTO THE PROGRAMMES OF THE SCHOOL OF POSTGRADUATE STUDIES FOR 2025\/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR<\/h3>\n\n\n

Applications are
invited from qualified candidates for admission into the Postgraduate
programmes of Akwa Ibom State University for the 2025\/206 academic year.\u00a0 All applicants seeking admission into the
postgraduate programmes must satisfy the University matriculation requirements<\/span>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

METHOD\nOF APPLICATION:<\/span><\/strong>\nApplication forms can be accessed online on payment of N<\/strike>20,000.00<\/strong> (twenty thousand Naira)<\/strong> only excluding\ncharges. The following steps should be followed:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

  2. Click the \u201cStart\n Now<\/strong>\u201d button<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select \u201cENROL<\/strong>\u201d<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select Postgraduate<\/strong> <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Enter a Phone Number<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. On the next page enter the last six (6) digit of the\n Phone Number you entered in 5<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Enter the basic details (Surname, First Name, Other\n Names, Date of Birth, Gender and Marital Status) <\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Click the card option to pay NGN20,000 (excluding Bank Charges) using your\n debit card.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/span>

        b)    <\/span><\/span>Complete the Online registration form\nby providing the required information.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        c)   \n<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Print the completed form<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

        d)    <\/span><\/span>You are required to scan and upload the\nfollowing documents:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          1.     <\/span><\/span>Akwa\nIbom State University does not admit candidates for Academic Masters programme\non Part Time mode.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          2.     <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Applicants\nmust forward the printed form along with credentials in an envelope and address\nit to: The Secretary<\/o:p><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

          3.      <\/span><\/span>Applicants must return their completed\nforms with a Thesis\/Dissertation proposal captured on the prescribed School of\nPostgraduate Studies Proposal Sheet. Such proposals should include the\nfollowing: Title, Aim\/Objectives, Relevance of Study, Methodology, Expected\nResults among others.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          4.       <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Candidates should remember to request,\nat the time of purchase of the forms, that their relevant academic transcript<\/strong> should be forwarded to; The Secretary,\nSchool of Postgraduate Studies, Akwa Ibom State University, P.M.B. 1167, Uyo,\nAkwa Ibom State. In addition, completed reference forms should be forwarded to\nthe email address which is stated in the admission form. Admission will not be offered without transcript and completed\nreference forms.<\/o:p><\/strong><\/span><\/p>
