Profile


Dr. Ekpe is an Associate Professor of Public Administration. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Public Administration from the University of Calabar. He also holds M.Sc. degree and B.A degree (Combined Hons. in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Calabar and Cuttington University, Liberia respectively.  Dr. Ekpe, was appointed Honorary Professor of Practice Public Administration and Local Government by the University of Hong Kong, Pebble Hills, in 2015. His scholarship spans well above two decades. He has also assessed many candidates as Associate Professors and Professors. He is editor and editor-in-chief to so many Journals. He is currently the Coordinator of Postgraduate programmes in the Public Administration department and a member of many professional bodies.
