Joseph Okon Mark is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, Akwa Ibom State University.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree( B.Sc) in Political Science/Public Administration from the University of Uyo, Nigeria and a Master of Science degree (M.Sc) in Public Administration, from the Abia State University, Uturu.
His research interest is in Development Administration, with emphasis on Rural Development.
