I hold a PhD in Communications Engineering and M.Eng. in Electronic & Computer Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka,. An enthusiastic Telecommunications engineer with 20+ years of experience in the full cycle of design, planning, implementation, operations, testing, commissioning and management of fixed and mobile telecommunication networks, Enterprise Services, Systems Integration and Lecturing. With strong project management and supervisory skills, Process/procedures development skills, Change Management and fault recovery planning skills. Experienced in NOC activities management such as network monitoring, troubleshooting and problems solving, performance analysis and reporting. I am presently a Lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden. I was the Head, Operations and Provisioning at MainOne Cable Company, Regional  Head, Technical  Operations (East)  for  Visafone  Communications  Limited, Head, Network Operations/Technical  for  Rainbownet Limited and Technical Manager  of  Globalspace Communications Limited.
