Profile

Engr. Dr. Inemesit Ekop is a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Engineering, Akwa Ibom State University. He holds a B.Eng in Food Engineering, M.Eng? in Process Engineering and Ph.D in Bioprocess & Food Engineering from the University of Uyo, University of Lagos and Micheal Okpara University of Agriculture respectively. His research focuses on the design and development of efficient post-harvest processing, handling and storage systems for sustainable food security
