Profile
Engr. Anwana Abel Ukpong is an academic staff member of the Department of Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering at Akwa Ibom State University. He hails from Etinan L.G.A. He attended Etinan Institute in Etinan, where he obtained his SSCE (WASSCE and NECO) in 2006. He also graduated from the University of Uyo, Uyo, with a Bachelor's Degree (B. Eng) in Chemical Engineering (with option in Environmental Process Engineering) in 2014 and a Master's Degree (M. Eng) in Chemical Engineering in 2019. He has lectured in areas such as Chemical Reaction Kinetics, Particulate Technology, etc. and has demonstrated an exceptional desire to apply his knowledge and experience in process design, operation, and innovative thinking abilities for problem-solving in the chemical & other allied industries. He has several research articles published in high-impact journals. He is a registered member with the following professional bodies: Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)
